Help residents prevent wasted food at home by providing Eat Smart, Waste Less Challenge tools and resources at the Dennis’ 7 Dees, Tomato Tasting Festival. Free samples of over 50 varieties of heirloom and conventional tomatoes will be available. Each participant will receive a list and a voting pamphlet to plan for next year’s tomato planting. Event will be under cover in their green house. Table and chairs provided. Check out a kit from Washington County and set up as early as 9 a.m. and before 10 a.m.
